Selecting the Query Related option from the Command Menu or by clicking the icon in the output list brings up the following special utilities selection screen.
Facility Related Tables
All Facility sub records have been converted to related tables ( as of version 6.7 ). If you want to do a query on one of the Related tables, you can select it from the list:
Each of these related tables is on a tab in the Facility record input screen. If there is a place where you can add multiple items such as Special Accesses or Contacts, then it's in this list and you can search these fields here.
Select which related table you want to search (on left side) and then you have the following options:
This option brings up the Query Editor for doing most any kind of search for records in the selected related table.
Do User Designed Report
This option allows you to do a query on the selected related table and then brings up the user designed report editor. You can use this to query for a selection of records and then do a report on them or output them to a Text file to be opened in a Spreadsheet or Word Processor.
